I’ve always been good at doing. Being . . . not so much. It’s only through yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices that I’m learning how to truly BE (and it’s a constant learning process!). I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learnt with others to help them find more ease and space in both body and mind and to promote true wellness.
My classes are focused around breath-led mindful movement and safe alignment and incorporate mindfulness, meditation and pranayama (breathing) practices. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
