I love to travel so I can learn about different ways of life to incorporate into my own. California gave me a love of fun. Arkansas taught me respect for the environment. Kenya gave me resilience. Scandinavia, simplicity. And New Zealand revealed my moxie. Throughout my travels, yoga has been a constant companion, a strategy to help me keep my bearings when everything around me is new and different.
As a teacher of yoga for more than 20 years, I've discovered how much I love to help students find new ways of being in their bodies and their lives.
