I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 years and have completed a 200-hour teacher training with Nico Luce. I love yoga for so many reasons. It’s a powerful vehicle always at our fingertips (literally!) to bring balance, strength, mobility, and clarity to body and mind. I’m excited to share my love of yoga with my students and to leave them feeling great.
I also work in communications, and try to get outdoors daily—bush, mountains, beach, or ocean.
