Our 45-minute yoga classes are complete strengthening, stretching and stress-relieving workouts that are fast, invigorating and a great addition to your day. Our approach is lighthearted and non-dogmatic, and we welcome everyone, no matter what age, ability, background or level of bendiness. You are welcome, no matter what.
Our classes are all-levels and prenatal appropriate, and in each one you'll receive gentle assists and modifications to make sure you're strong and safely aligned in every posture.
Bring comfortable gym clothing. We provide the mats and props—they’re organic!

Power Yoga Basics
Offers the benefits of power yoga but goes into greater depth on alignment, breathwork and philosophy. Great for everyone, perfect for beginners!
Gentle Power Yoga
Our lightest power class a flowing sequence to strengthen the body and focus the mind.
Uses props and a gentle sequence of yoga postures for tension release, deep relaxation and support of the parasympathetic nervous system.
A low-impact but dynamic combination of Pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. Boost your fitness as you develop your core strength and stabilisation through Pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular endurance, posture and alignment through yoga poses.
Subtle and detail-oriented, the sequence and alignment in this class are designed to safely, effectively and progressively align the spine, and then create better movement throughout the whole body. Great for beginners, individuals rehabilitating an injury or recovering from surgery, pre- or postnatal yoginis, and anyone who wants to radically improve every aspect of their movement patterns or yoga practice.

A nourishing flow class to energise body and mind, giving a morning glow that lasts all day.
Pilates by Cadence Conditioning
Attain a functional strength base through this hybrid of dynamic Pilates and floor-based strength mobility training. We retrain and strengthen the inner unit and deep stabilizers of the body through low-level mobility and core breathing techniques. Then we progressively load through controlled movements to build dynamic strength and strength endurance.
Bellydance: American Tribal Style® (ATS®) Levels 1–3
Group improvisational bellydance! Learn a shared movement vocabulary and a structure for dancing together—no choreography required. Foundational level 1 course runs in eight-week blocks. Level 2 and 3 by invitation only. Learn more at www.tribalbellydance.co.nz.
Jump into improvisational acting in a casual, supportive environment. Develop self-confidence, exercise your wit and make new friends by learning to create stories on the spot. All levels welcome. Held Fridays at 5.30 pm. Cost: $5.
Corporate Yoga Class
This 45-minute private yoga (or other movement) class is designed specifically for the needs of your organisation. A great option for companies, and for sports teams and postnatal groups. Contact us to arrange a day and time!
